Lisa Bobko was born in Dutchess County and has lived and worked in communities from Oregon to the Virgin Islands to Pennsylvania.
She has been with Paula Redmond Real Estate in the Millbrook office since the business began in 2003.
Her career background as a Real Estate legal secretary, as a business manager, and as a bookkeeper, equip her with in-depth experience in every facet of preparing a property for sale, marketing it and bringing the legal process to a successful completion. A great communicator, she is adept at mediating and negotiating between buyers and sellers using a combination of salesmanship and diplomacy to nurture
both sides in the transaction.
A busy mother of a teen-aged son, Lisa is highly efficient, friendly, and understands the value of being a strong advocate and good listener to her client’s needs and wishes.
Julia Crowley brings a lifelong familiarity with the people, places and resources of the Hudson Valley, which gives her a great advantage in the local real estate market. Julia has been a real estate broker since 2001 and has helped scores of people sell their houses and buy their homes.
She grew up in the Rhinebeck area and returned to the Hudson Valley to work and raise a family. Sarah Sartorini grew up in Dutchess County and has resided in the Millbrook area for 28 years. Many of the fine estates and horse farms that she represents for buyers and sellers she knows first hand, having grown up riding and working on them. Sarah obtained her NY real estate license in 2008 and has supplemented her practical knowledge with studies in Business management, ethics and appraisal. She lives with her family on a working farm and still rides with enthusiasm. Peter Amendola has a passion for architecture and design, the Hudson River Valley, and matching people with their perfect home. He has been a real estate professional for over 12 years.
Peter’s background as a Human Resource Director for Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, and ITT Corporation served as a foundation for his excellent people and negotiating skills. He brings a keen understanding of both marketing and problem-solving to his work at Paula Redmond Real Estate. In his spare time, he has worked as a volunteer with the United Way, a Suicide Prevention Counselor and has served on the Board of Directors of Adaptive Design Associates (an organization dedicated to assisting children with disabilities). In addition, he is a "Sunday Painter" and loves to travel.
Linda Lindsay is a 7-time recipient of the Five Star Award and in 2018 was voted “Best Realtor of the Hudson Valley” by Hudson Valley Magazine.

Doug Harders is a native New Yorker. Born and raised in Westchester County, Doug moved to Dutchess County in 1996 following a 20-year corporate human resources career in New York City. Post corporate life Doug became an entrepreneur and operated a successful retail business in Millbrook for 11 years and currently resides in Red Hook. He joined Paula Redmond Real Estate in 2003.

Jaime Murphy has spent much of her professional career helping clients realize their vision. She has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in interior design and sixteen years professional experience working in architecture and interior design in the US and the UK. Jaime worked for several international firms including Childs Bertman Tseckares Architects in Boston & Pringle Brandon in London. Throughout her career in interior design, Jaime worked across many sectors. Some notable clients included: Barclays Wealth Management, Disney, Abry Partners & Jones Day as well as a number of other financial services firms, insurance companies, real estate investors and energy providers.
Building sustainably has been an important focus during Jaime’s career. She received her LEED AP accreditation in 2009, her LEED ID+C accreditation in 2014 and has collaborated on several LEED certified projects.

Welcome to a tradition of excellence. Jane Kelly, a graduate of Western Michigan University with over 25 years of experience as a Social Worker she is now an advocate for her real estate clients. She was awarded the ‘Alice McKinnon Award’ by her Michigan community in recognition of those that epitomize professional involvement & commitment - a quality that has transcended to the field of real estate.
Jane was also an award winning textile artist in Michigan. She exhibited in galleries and stores from California to New York. Her looms are stored away but she continues to weave a rich fabric within real estate. Her journeys have taken her from her Michigan roots to sunnier climates. Karolina Czekaj took a trip from NYC to the Hudson Valley 20 plus years ago and fell in love with its beauty. She and her family purchased a home in Clinton Corners and began their journey as weekenders. They became full time residents in 2001. Karolina was an active member in both the public and private school sectors in NYC and Dutchess County, chairing numerous benefits and fundraisers throughout her children’s schooling.
In 2006 she began her real estate career marrying her love of the land with, quality customer service, attention to detail, and strong work ethic and fused this with her prior fashion background. She holds a BSA in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has worked for Elle Magazine, Bergdorf Goodman and Fendi to name a few. Prior to that, Jason was the Director of Sales for The Charles at 1355 First Avenue on the Upper Eastside which broke all-time sales records for any uptown project east of Third Avenue, including a $59-million-dollar penthouse. Additionally, Jason was Director of Sales for numerous 19th Century cast-iron, loft conversion projects including 88 Franklin, 32-34 Greene, 53 Greene and 70 Greene.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Jason has lived in Germany and Los Angeles. For 10 years, he worked as a precious stone dealer, fine-tuning his skills in luxury marketing, negotiating and sales. When not working, Jason enjoys tennis, shooting sporting clays, his rescue dogs and downtime in the Hudson Valley. It is his boundless passion for both the Hudson Valley and New York City that ultimately drives him to help others find a place to call home.
Kyle was raised in the Village of Rhinebeck deeply involved in the community, school sports, and family outings exploring the Hudson Valley. Grateful for the strong foundation that growing up in the village provided, and curious about the world beyond her small town, she ventured out west to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Denver, and later a Master’s degree in International Affairs from the University of California, San Diego.
Prior to shifting her career focus to real estate, Kyle was dedicated to economic development. She served in the Peace Corps twice, first in Panama and later on in Peru. Stateside, she has worked in New York City in the financial inclusion sector before starting her own business specializing in socially conscious active travel to Peru and Patagonia, as well as the organizer of the Rhinebeck HV Full & Half Marathon.
Appreciative of the perspective gained from her travels, for Kyle, all roads have always led her back to the Hudson Valley.
