Lisa Bobko was born in Dutchess County and has lived and worked in communities from Oregon to the Virgin Islands to Pennsylvania.
She has been with Paula Redmond Real Estate in the Millbrook office since the business began in 2003.
Her career background as a Real Estate legal secretary, as a business manager, and as a bookkeeper, equip her with in-depth experience in every facet of preparing a property for sale, marketing it and bringing the legal process to a successful completion. Julia Crowley brings a lifelong familiarity with the people, places and resources of the Hudson Valley, which gives her a great advantage in the local real estate market. Julia has been a real estate broker since 2001 and has helped scores of people sell their houses and buy their homes.
She grew up in the Rhinebeck area and returned to the Hudson Valley to work and raise a family. With a background in sales and management, Julia enjoys working with the public and counts herself fortunate to have many repeat clients. Sarah Sartorini grew up in Dutchess County and has resided in the Millbrook area for 28 years. Many of the fine estates and horse farms that she represents for buyers and sellers she knows first hand, having grown up riding and working on them. Sarah obtained her NY real estate license in 2008 and has supplemented her practical knowledge with studies in Business management, ethics and appraisal. She lives with her family on a working farm and still rides with enthusiasm. Peter Amendola has a passion for architecture and design, the Hudson River Valley, and matching people with their perfect home. He has been a real estate professional for over 12 years.
Peter’s background as a Human Resource Director for Price Waterhouse Coopers, Ernst & Young, and ITT Corporation served as a foundation for his excellent people and negotiating skills. He brings a keen understanding of both marketing and problem-solving to his work at Paula Redmond Real Estate. In his spare time, he has worked as a volunteer with the United Way, a Suicide Prevention Counselor and has served on the Board of Directors of Adaptive Design Associates (an organization dedicated to assisting children with disabilities). In addition, he is a "Sunday Painter" and loves to travel.
Linda Lindsay has taken to her second full time career of real estate with the same zest and good humor she applied to her first, as a flight attendant with American Airlines. Moving to the Hudson River Valley in 1982, she parlayed her interest in purchasing and renovating homes into selling residential real estate.

In addition, her real estate career includes nine years with Aetna Life & Casualty (Hartford, CT) as a real estate financial analyst and portfolio manager (commercial/retail portfolio of $100 million); two years with First Winthrop Corporation in Boston/Chicago as an analyst, portfolio manager and investor relations specialist (commercial/residential portfolio of $500 million); nine years as Director of Ryan Elliott Management, a commercial property management and leasing company based in Providence, RI and Boston, MA servicing residential, commercial and industrial properties in southern New England.
Laurel is a member of the Mid-Hudson, Columbia Greene Northern Dutchess and Ulster County Multiple Listing Services and is a member in good standing in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the New York State Association of Realtors (NYSAR) and the Dutchess County Association of Realtors (DCAR).
Doug Harders is a native New Yorker. Born and raised in Westchester County, Doug moved to Dutchess County in 1996 following a 20-year corporate human resources career in New York City. Post corporate life Doug became an entrepreneur and operated a successful retail business in Millbrook for 11 years and currently resides in Red Hook. He joined Paula Redmond Real Estate in 2003.

Ran Meagher was born and raised in Millbrook, NY and is the third generation of his family to live in Dutchess County. Ran brings a wealth of experience and knowledge with homes and construction to the selling of real estate. For 16 years he was a successful project manager in commercial and industrial construction with broad experience in building and renovations for major projects for organizations including Mount St. Mary College, Con Edison, Merck, Pfizer, St. Francis Hospital, Talbots and many more.
Ran first became licensed to sell real estate in Summit County, Colorado and sold homes in the popular ski resorts of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper and A-Basin. Returning to his Millbrook roots, he designed and built his own home acting as General Contractor, and joined Paula Redmond Real Estate as a Real Estate Sales Person. Having attended Dutchess Day School himself, he’s proud to be the parent of a DDS student. After buying and selling properties in three states, Ran is pleased to assist customers with all aspects of the buying and selling process and answer questions related to building and renovations.
Brittany Redmond was born and raised in the Hudson Valley. She has lived in Dutchess and Columbia Counties her entire life and has strong ties to the community. Currently residing in the Village of Millbrook, she loves all that this area has to offer.
In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and attending community events. Brittany joined the sales team in 2014 as a licensed real estate salesperson. For many years prior she worked as both marketing and administrative assistants with Paula Redmond Real Estate.
Catherine Alger Howard, former New Yorker and CEO in the high end home furnishings industry for notable companies: Boussac Fadini, Greystone Home Collection and Christian Liaigre, now applies her vast business experience and unique design sensibility in real estate sales for Paula Redmond Real Estate, Inc. Located in the Millbrook office, her attention is on service and creative options, a focal point throughout her career. Her area of expertise is Dutchess and Columbia Counties as well as the western edge of Connecticut including Sharon, Lakeville, Salisbury and Kent.

Fred Bontecou, a lifetime resident of Millbrook, grew up around horses and fox hunting. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2006. He knows Dutchess and Columbia Counties intimately and loves matching up buyers with a property. He has a great sense of humor and enjoys being around people and loves the countryside. His keen eye for architecture was developed as a contractor.
Fred also worked as a commercial pilot from 1988 to 2005. He is attentive to ones needs and will work hard to find the right home for his clients.

After purchasing and renovating her own beach home in Miami, she fell in love with real estate and the renovation process. So, she transitioned her career to real estate and studied Interior Design on academic scholarship at Parsons, and has never looked back. She has worked for Douglas Elliman, and decorated homes in NY, LA and Palm Springs.
Over the last 25 years Louise has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience that she brings to every client relationship. With solid negotiation skills and a keen eye for architecture and the potential for every home, she is able to advise buyers and sellers alike.
Jaime Murphy has spent much of her professional career helping clients realize their vision. She has a Bachelors and a Masters degree in interior design and sixteen years professional experience working in architecture and interior design in the US and the UK. Jaime worked for several international firms including Childs Bertman Tseckares Architects in Boston & Pringle Brandon in London. Throughout her career in interior design, Jaime worked across many sectors. Some notable clients included: Barclays Wealth Management, Disney, Abry Partners & Jones Day as well as a number of other financial services firms, insurance companies, real estate investors and energy providers.
Building sustainably has been an important focus during Jaime’s career. She received her LEED AP accreditation in 2009, her LEED ID+C accreditation in 2014 and has collaborated on several LEED certified projects.
